SOMAE (soh-ma): derived from “soma,” Greek for body—anchored in the belief that cultivating your body is the greatest investment in your future self.

SOMAE exists to help women feel strong from the inside out. Building muscle and strength isn’t just about how you look—it’s one of the most powerful investments you can make in your long-term health, confidence, and capacity to show up fully in life.

I created this app because I know what it feels like to walk into the gym and feel lost. To overthink every workout. To wonder if the effort is even working. I’ve been there—putting in the work, but going nowhere. Constantly second-guessing, and seeing no real change.

SOMAE is everything I wish I had when I started. A clear path forward. Workouts that make sense. A way to train with purpose, without burnout or extremes. You’ll be able to ask questions, connect with like-minded women, and feel fully supported—by the community and by me. I’ll be right there inside the app to guide you, answer your questions, and make sure you’re never doing this alone.

I wanted to build a platform that expanded my reach—so more women could access smart, supportive training, nutrition, and health education. SOMAE puts that in your pocket. Like having a coach with you, every step of the way.

The training is structured and evidence-based, rooted in progressive overload, proper movement, and sustainable recovery. No gimmicks. No wasted effort. Just smart, effective strength training that builds your body and your confidence.
